Hello, I have a health concern that is extremely disturbing to me. I have this vaginal discharge, it is sometimes a chunky creamish discharge and sometimes it is this creamy liquid discharge. It is itchy at times. I am sexually active, however it is with one partner, and I am his only partner too. We have unprotected sex, I'm on birth control though. When we do, he gets tiny little pimples on his penis, it usually goes away after a few days. What do we have? Is this a serious matter? Can it be cured? We are really scared. I'm goin to my doctor this week, she has just been on vacation so i didn't want to go elsewhere. Help me please.
Thank you.

Vaginal discharge is normal!.. Throughout the month, it will either be nonexistent, thicker (when not ovulating) or almost slimy (when ovulating). It sounds (from the "itchy at times") that you might have a yeast infection. (Also, the birth control pill will thicken your discharge, so it may be more chunky). He is probbaly just a little irritated from it or from the head of penis rubbing when having sex (are you fully lubricated or using ample lubrication?). I'd still say check it out to rule out anything else.

I have pain during intercourse and have for a few years now. I also do not produce enough if at all vaginal lubrication while aroused. If we use a lubrication it still hurts and often even burns. I have had only one partner and have been with him for 3 years. He has only been with me as well. I am the only one with the problem. It is also difficult for me to become sexually aroused. Whats wrong with me? :-(

A couple thoughts. Low progesterone results in mood swings and low libido amoung other symptoms. Next. Are you married? From your description it sounds like you are living together. Although living together is pushed as acceptable by the media, that line of thinking does not free you from the consequence. That is, knowing that he doesn't care enough about you to marry you can affect your feelings towards him.

We are engaged to get married next spring. We are both very excited about it. Everything else seems great in our relationship, Im just not sexually aroused hardly ever. And like I said can not produce hardly any vaginal lubrication which causes a lot of discomfort and pain during intercourse.
