For your information:
About 15 years ago (I am now a youthful appearing 60), I discovered upon the onset of a head-ache, that when I took a progesterone tablet, my headache disappeared - without the use of a pain reliever of any kind. Over the years, I told my physicians of my findings, and only one out of a possible 3 physicians that I saw during the past years accepted my appraisal of this.
It was frustrating, but I was able to talk them into as much as I needed. Now, I seldom need any, but when I do, I keep my little stash
handy. I was sure I was suffering from an estrogen over-supply, but that didn't seem to register and I just finally used what I needed and in the past year, I seem to be more stable than at anytime in my life since I was 10 years of age.
I'm grateful that I survived the onslaught of those horrible 3 day marathons with intense pain and vomiting but I had hoped that my experience would serve to help others with my same symptoms. 6/26/00
