"I have been ill most of my life, going from one physical problem to another. I have broken my back and neck and was not able to walk for years. I suffered great pain every day and was on 36 different prescription drugs to help mask the pain. Suffered also from migraines, arthritis, and have fought depression most of my life. Then I read 'God's Way to Ultimate Health' and said, 'This is the answer!' Since going on the Hallelujah Diet, all my symptoms have left, except when I cheat on the diet. "My husband and I started the Hallelujah Diet on March 10, 2001. Before going on the diet I suffered with tachycardia (rapid heartbeat), irregular menstrual cycles, allergies, asthma, irritable bowel, and hypoglycemia. Over the years, doctors prescribed many different medications, which gave very little relief. Within 2 weeks after going on the Hallelujah Diet, I went off all my hormone and allergy medications, and cut my heart medications in half. As of today, June 5, I have had 3 completely normal-as-clockwork menstrual cycles, which I have NEVER had before, have no more allergies, am having daily bowel movements, with minimal hypoglycemic symptoms. I had never considered becoming pregnant before going on this diet because I thought I couldn't get pregnant due to my irregular cycles and my overall sickliness, allergies, and hypoglycemia. The Hallelujah Diet has literally changed my outlook on life, and my husband and I are very seriously considering planning to start a family in September, which would be 6 months into this diet.
